Emergency Response

State governments and urban local bodies with their limited teams of sanitation workers and staff have got into action to address the public health crisis with the support of sanitation workers. Identifying the requirements of personal protection gear of these workers and planning for a long drawn battle by deploying them strategically in the coming months is a priority. Identifying the considerations for preparing the requirement of appropriate protection gear and sanitization material in adequate quantity is important.

To this effect, basic guidance and budget preparation templates have been prepared to assist state governments, ULBs and any other agency interested in undertaking an emergency response.
